what's the process like?

BOOK YOUR SESSION
once we've gone over the details, confirmed the package you are interested in, and selected a date and time, you will book your session directly with me via email. you will process your booking fee (a portion of the session total), sign the contract, and then get really, really excited!
SESSION prep & photo time
before your session we will discuss details such as colours, props, poses, and accessories you love (for studio newborn sessions), how to prepare your home (for an in-home session), locations, what to wear, and how to prepare (for a family session), and any potential gowns you may like to borrow (for a family or maternity session).
during your session my only expectation of you is to relax and have fun! leave the details, posing, and everything else to me. my goal is to capture you and your beautiful family exactly as they are, and make it look effortless. piece of cake!
SELECTION & DELIVERY
after your session, all you have to do is be patient (honestly, the most difficult part of the entire process). you will receive a private, password protected online gallery to view and select your final images, within 2 weeks of your session date. once you have made completely the impossible task of narrowing down your favourite images and let me know you are done, the editing begins! sessions are edited in order, and final edits will be delivered within 2 weeks of the date of selection (the day you email me to let me know you're done!). all images are delivered online, and at that point are yours to print, share, and enjoy however you wish for years to come!
